Return and Exchange Policy

Give us a call at +91-9179992032 within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange a return pickup.

A ₹299 return pickup fee will be applicable.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging and inclusions (duffle, merch box, cards, keychain, etc.) must be intact

  • Request must be raised within 21 days of delivery

 

 

Reverse Pickup Fee

  • A ₹299 fee will be charged for reverse pickup

  • This applies to both returns and exchanges

 

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the product passes a quality check

  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

 

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued

 

 

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Washed, or damaged products

  • Missing packaging or any included items

  • Requests raised after 7 days
